Holy shit Tony Khan bought Ring of Honor!
I mean, it wasn't as jaw dropping as Shane McMahon* showing up on WCW Nitro (but really, what is?), but I still exclaimed "Holy Shit!" at my television loud enough for my wife to question her life choices. For anyone who missed it:
*Can we all appreciate that after the announcement, Khan noted that "No, Shane's not here." I lol'ed.
In a press release Tweeted out at the same time, it was noted that Khan purchased not only the name and assets, but the video library going back to 2002, not just the Sinclair-based library post-2012 or so. As someone who briefly subscribed to Honor Club right before Cody, the Bucks, Adam Page, and SCU all jumped ship to join AEW, they didn't have a whole lot of pre-2012 up back then. Supposedly it got better, but I hadn't checked it out beyond trying to stay current with their regular show on Fite. Also important: if my understanding is correct, Khan/AEW owned the name "All In" but not the broadcast - but now they definitely own both.
And "All In" is what makes this all... necessary? In September 2018, the Young Bucks and Cody Rhodes put on the show, it was marketed as All In, bought brought to you by talent of ROH, NJPW, and others. If anything, it was Bullet Club All In if you had to give it a promotional branding? But along with ROH/NJPW already booking the G1 Supercard in Madison Square Garden, all eyes were on ROH as taking it's final step to truly become not only the #2 promotion in the country (mostly held by default by TNA/Impact Wrestling since the death of WCW) but to become a true threat to WWE with its killer partnership with global-minded NJPW. Buuuuut it didn't work out that way.
Come December 31, 2018, the Bucks, Cody, Adam Page, Christopher Daniels, Scorpio Sky, and Frankie Kazarian (and slightly later Kenny Omega) all became free agents from both NJPW/ROH and signed with some kid named Tony Khan, billionaire wrestling-fan. Instead of boosting ROH, their top talent bet on themselves (and Khan's money) and started their own promotion leaving ROH in the dust. Later reviews of G1 Supercard enjoyed the NJPW matches, but panned the ROH matches. The spark that ROH had left with its top stars and ROH never recovered.
Then of course the #quixotine started and to give credit where its due - ROH took care of their workers. They held off on shows for months and later joined the closed-set model what-seemed like after everyone else returned to air in some form. They held a tournament for the reactivated ROH Pure title eventually won by clear star of this era Johnathan Gresham. Things were looking up, but Sinclair Broadcasting finally ran out of money for them. It was announced in October 2021 that all workers would be released from their contracts as of (mostly) December 31, 2021, and they would rebrand in April 2022 with a new Supercard of Honor. What that would look like... who knows?
And now? We still don't know. Khan owns the brand lock, stock, and barrel, but he doesn't own any wrestler contracts because there are none - everyone was released. Several ROH outcasts have already made their way to AEW, like Jay Lethal, Brody King, and Danhausen, but that doesn't mean they'll necessarily move back to ROH.
They easiest solution is likely a WWE/NXT model - have AEW Dark and AEW Dark Elevation rebranded as ROH Elevation or something and bring the ROH titles over there to be a developmental for AEW - which if my story showed... is what ROH kinda ended up being anyway?
But hopefully one thing is for sure: can we finally fucking get the Briscoes vs FTR? Please? Do it. Do it. Please, do it. Please. Please. Do it.

Impact Sacrifice 2022
Jonah Rock vs PCO
The Background: Jonah Rock defeated Black Taurus at Impact No Surrender 2022 and demanded more competition. On the February 24th Impact on AXS he was granted that wish with PCO.
Fanboy Fantasy: Hoss fight! Hoss fight! Just like last month’s fight with Black Taurus, the Kaiju toys smash into each other over and over again. Despite PCO being out but being able to charge himself back up via car battery like some kind of Mecha-PCO, Jonah is able to vanquish another monster. After the match Jonah grabs a microphone and demands another challenger - and if that has to be Impact World Champion Moose, then so be it. After a moment, Alpha Male hits and TNA original Monty Brown emerges from the entryway. After getting the pop he deserves, he books it to the ring and before Jonah can smash him, Brown pounces Jonah out of the ring. Once Jonah is up, they lock eyes and smile for the damage they’ll do when they face off.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Jonah Rock - If they need another hoss to knock off Moose, Jonah is just the hoss to do it. That means this hoss needs more wins.
Alex Shelley vs Jay White
The Background: Jay White defeated Eric Young for his first victory in Impact at Impact No Surrender 2022. White showed up later in the night to turn on the Guerillas of Destiny and welcome the Good Brothers back into Bullet Club. On the February 24th Impact on AXS it was announced that White will next face the returning Alex Shelley.
Fanboy Fantasy: Jay White is flanked by Chris Bey (the Good Brothers are preparing for their titles defense) while Alex Shelley is thankfully flanked by Chris Sabin to even the odds. Sabin is able to keep Bey at Bay so we get Shelley/White with no interference. In the end, the Switchblade scores another Impact win for himself and for Bullet Club. Chris Bey attempts a beatdown post-match but Sabin puts a stop to it quickly. We get Bullet Club vs Motor City Machine Guns on a future episode of Impact on AXS.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Jay White - I think is singles winning streak of 1 will continue.
Eddie Edwards vs Rhino
The Background: Matt Taven, Mike Bennett, and other recently released members of Ring of Honor crashed Impact at Impact Hard to Kill 2022, attacking Eddie Edwards and other good guys. At Impact No Surrender 2022, Edwards, Chris Sabin, Rich Swann, Willie Mack, and Rhino would face Honor No More and if the former ROH workers won, they could stay with Impact. Honor No More won their spot in Impact, but at the cost of Eddie Edwards turning on Team Impact and attacking Rhino with a kendo stick. Edwards explained on the February 24th Impact on AXS that he was sick that Impact allowed AEW's Kenny Omega to win the Impact World title and not being given the opportunity to defend Impact's honor. Now Edwards and Rhino will face off.
Fanboy Fantasy: Edwards makes use of a kendo stick early on so Rhino demands the match be changed to a hardcore match because Edwards doesn’t have any Honor left. Scott D’Amore radios to the referee and announcers that he approves if both competitors do, and the weapons come out quickly. They bash each other over and over and bleed. Even after taking a gore through a table, Edwards is able to secure a win, but continues to smack Rhino around with a kendo stick, enough to get Heath Miller to try and make the save. He takes a stiff kendo stick shot to the face when Edwards decides he’s done - he’s now injured yet another of the false contenders to the Impact World title, so maybe he’ll finally get what he deserves - an Impact World title shot.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Eddie Edwards - a heel turn necessitates some quick wins.
Impact Knockouts Tag Team Titles Match : The Influence (Madison Rayne & Tenille Dashwood) vs The IInspiration (Cassie Lee & Jessie McKay) ©
The Background: The IInspiration (formerly but forever the IIconics) won the Impact Knockouts Tag Team titles back at October 2021's Impact Bound for Glory XVII. They were scheduled to defend their titles against Madison Rayne and Tenille Dashwood at January's Impact Hard to Kill 2022, however Lee and McKay were in health and safety protocols. Unless something changes again, they will face off on Saturday.
Fanboy Fantasy: The two have an even match until Kaleb (with a K) interferes during a pin attempt to whip Rayne’s leg to be on the rope. The match continues and Dashwood is able to get a pin to win the Knockouts Tag Team titles. Inspiration cry bullshit but they’ll need to wait for another show to get their rematch.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: The IInspiration - I'm really 50/50 on this one so I'll err on the side of the IIconics, as one should.
Impact X-Division Title Match : Jake Something vs Trey Miguel ©
The Background: Jake Something became the #1 contender two weeks ago at Impact No Surrender 2022 by defeating Ace Austin, Chris Bey, and Mike Bailey. He will now face the X-Division champion.
Fanboy Fantasy: It’s a strength vs speed match as Something does what he can to overpower Miguel and keep him grounded. Miguel is able to bounce back and hit his moves and stay out of reach. Miguel gets the win. On the next Impact on AXS, Miguel is interviewed and asked about cashing in with Option C for a Impact World title shot, but Miguel declines - he wants to build the X-Division up and bring Moose to him. Moose can use Option whatever, because the X-Division belongs to Miguel.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Trey Miguel - I see no reason to take the belt off Miguel just yet.
Impact Tag Team Titles Match : Violent by Design (Eric Young, Deaner, &/or Joe Doering) vs The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) ©
The Background: The Good Brothers won the Impact Tag Team titles back in July 2021 at Impact Slammiversary 2021... by defeating previous champions Violent by Design (represented then by Joe Doering and Rhino), Fallah Bahh & No Way Jose, and Rich Swann & Willie Mack. More recently, Violent by Design teamed with the Good Brothers to attack Bullet Club on the February 3rd Impact on AXS, giving them "momentum" to successfully defend their titles against Bullet Club's Guerrillas of Destiny at Impact No Surrender 2022. While the Good Brothers have rejoined Bullet Club and the G.O.D. have been kicked out, the Good Brothers still owed VBD a favor for having their backs against the group... that they just rejoined? Whatever, a favor is a favor and this is a very legitimate challenge.
Fanboy Fantasy: Eric Young and Deaner from Violent by Design take on the Good Brothers. They have a decent even-sided match but the Good Brothers hit the Magic Killer for yet another title defense. Anderson and Gallows call out the Guerrillas of Destiny but no one comes to the ring. Claiming victory, the Good Brothers too-sweet each other and head to the back - where GOD finally shows up and attacks them. Jay White and Chris Bey make the save, but Violent by Design returns to fight also and it’s a huge mess. Everyone gets throw out of the buildings and we even get a shot of them all still fighting outside before the main event.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: The Good Brothers - I feel like GOD is going to take the belts from the Good Brothers soon.
Impact Knockouts Title Match : Tasha Steelz vs Mickie James ©
The Background: Mickie James defeated Tasha Steelz just two weeks ago at Impact No Surrender 2022, but Steelz won a rematch by defeating Chelsea Green on the March 3rd Impact on AXS. I think - I'm admittedly typing this early and basing it on spoilers.
Fanboy Fantasy: In a rematch to last month’s show, Steelz has learned from her previous mistakes. James is able to counter what she’s given, but Steelz works her long enough that James starts to slow down. The two end up going 30 minutes back and forth when Steelz hits a solid Hard Knocks Drop on James for the pin and the title. Mickie James offers her hand after the match and Steelz reluctantly shakes it.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Tasha Steelz - We're past the Royal Rumble now so this may be the time for James to drop the belt to a younger star? Maybe?
Impact World Title Match : Heath Miller vs Moose ©
The Background: Moose won the Impact World title back in October at Impact Bound for Glory XVII after cashing in his Call-Your-Shot contract about an hour after winning against brief champion Josh Alexander. He has since defended against and defeated Eddie Edwards at Impact Turning Point 2021, both Matt Cardona & W. Morrissey at Impact Hard to Kill 2022, and W. Morrissey on his own at Impact No Surrender 2022. Now Moose will face his greatest challenge yet: Heath Miller. Miller made the challenge on the February 24th Impact on AXS and Moose accepted.
Fanboy Fantasy: It’s been long enough the Heath is healed up, though has a bandage around his head. Scott D’Amore and the medics say that while he’s medically cleared, they still don’t advise it. Heath wants his match anyway. Moose even offers to let Heath off the hook, but Heath slaps the champion in the face in response. With that, the bell rings. From there Moose starts dismantling Heath, but Heath keeps kicking out. Heath sneaks in some offense, but nothing serious. Moose hits a spear, but Heath’s foot makes it to the ropes. Moose starts the get frustrated that the match isn’t already over and starts to get sloppy, allowing Heath to get in some realistic offense. In the end, Moose shuts it down and gets the pin. Eddie Edwards comes out to congratulate the champ and to formally challenge him. Before Moose can answer, Jonathan Gresham comes out and points out that if Edwards wants to hang out with Honor No More, why doesn’t he take a shot at the purest title out there, the ROH World title. Edwards takes him up on that offer on a future episode of Impact on AXS with the intent to unify it with the Impact title, but Gresham retains and Edwards loses it. He tries to crash ROH Supercard of Honor XV, but he’s taken out by also-returning ROH star Davey Richards.

Kyle: Moose - Don Moose is pleased?
AEW Revolution 2022
AHFO (Andrade el Idolo, Isiah Kassidy, & Matt Hardy) vs Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, & Sting
The Background: Matt Hardy switched mostly to Big-Money-Matt a while ago and has been leading HFO, the Hardy Family Organization. More recently, Andrade has bought a share holding in the HFO, now the AHFO. Andrade tried to win the AEW TNT title on the February 25th AEW Rampage, but fell to AEW TNT Champion Sammy Guevara. He also tried to buy Darby Allin from Sting? I admit, I'm not sure if that's what happened, but it's too funny and I don't want to look it up and be wrong - Andrade failed to buy Darby Allin so now they'll all fight about it.
Fanboy Fantasy: I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be a strict 6-man match or a Texas tornado, but I assume it’s the latter. Andrade pairs with Guevara while Hardy & Kassidy pair with Darby & Sting. Andrade and Guevara are evenly paced but Hardy & Kassidy are overpowered by Darby & Sting, and this starts distracting Andrade as he needs to break Darby’s many pin attempts. Hardy also gets frustrated as now for him Andrade is interrupting his and Kassidy’s flow. The match ends with Andrade interrupts Hardy after Matt hits Sting with a Twist of Fate, drags Sting into the corner for the double knees in the corner followed by a La Sombra to become the first person to pin Sting in an AEW ring. This gives Andrade needed clout and sets the stage for Hardy to be voted out of AHFO in time for Jeff Hardy to join him in AEW (or ROH? Or both?)
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, & Sting - I find it best not to bet against Sting.
Bryan Danielson vs Jon Moxley
The Background: Danielson and Moxley were on opposite ends of the most recent AEW World Title eliminator tournament until Moxley pulled out to go to rehab. His replacement, Miro, made it to the finals but lost at AEW Full Gear 2021... to Bryan Danielson. Danielson would go on to draw with AEW World Champion Adam Page at December 15th (2021) AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming, and lose at the January 5th AEW Dynamite. Moxley made his return to AEW at the January 19th AEW Dynamite, and Danielson was soon seen watching Moxley from the sidelines when Moxley made his appearances. Danielson wants Moxley to join him to rule AEW, but Moxley isn't it to it... maybe. First, he wants to face the American Dragon. So now they will fight, but then maybe team together? Probably not, but maybe?
Fanboy Fantasy: Just before the match starts, Danielson calls a time out, pulls out a tiny blade, and in full view of everyone, cuts his forehead. Moxley doesn’t react at all to it, but Danielson wipes it off, waves to a cameraman for some sanitizer, cleans it, and offers it to Moxley. Moxley reacts this time by slapping it out of Danielson’s hand (and safely to the cameraman) and starts punching Danielson in the head. Once Danielson is able to break out of Moxley’s blows, he waves to a medic who begins gluing his cut together. Moxley gets more and more pissed as this happens and when Danielson is ready, Moxley immediately reopens the cut with more punches. Danielson gives the crowd an “oh well” look and starts locking Moxley up in submissions. They even out and trade blows for a while. It’s Moxley who ends it by hitting the Paradigm Shift to pin and beat Danielson. By this point his cut had healed so Moxley punches it open one last time and wipes the blood on his chest.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Jon Moxley - Moxley needs a good solid big-match win after coming back.
Chris Jericho vs Eddie Kingston
The Background: Chris Jericho and Eddie Kingston began crossing paths back in November when after Kingston defeated Daniel Garcia on the November 26th (2021) AEW Rampage, Garcia's associates 2point0 (Jeff Parker & Matt Lee) attacked Kingston and Jericho (who was working commentary) ran down to make the save. Kingston then teamed with Jericho's Inner Circle friends Ortiz & Santana to defeat 2point0 and Garcia on the January 7th AEW Rampage. Kingston was then out with an orbital bone injury, but when he returned, Jericho took it personally that Kingston was trying to steal his friends. This led to Ortiz & Santana correctly taking that personally, and Kingston backed Ortiz & Santana when they defeated Jericho & Jake Hager on the February 16th AEW Dynamite in an Inner Circle vs Inner Circle match. Jericho and Kingston had words on the February 23rd AEW Dynamite and formally challenged one another to a match.
Fanboy Fantasy: Kingston starts the match off as more of a fight (similar to Kingston/Punk) but Jericho gets fed up with it and hits him with suplexes and works him into some chain wrestling. After a few minutes Kingston relents and chain wrestles more and more, but also starts getting the better of Jericho. The match ends after Kingston sneaks a crotch shot behind the referee and follows it with a Royal Flush to get the pin. Once Jericho is up, he laughs the crotch shot off and admits that Eddie did beat him, so extends his hand. Eddie thinks about it, flips him off, but then slowly shakes Jericho’s hand.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Chris Jericho - I want to be wrong, but I feel like we're going to get a Kingston-loses-the-big-matches situation (for him to overcome).
Face of the Revolution Ladder Match for a future AEW TNT Title Shot : Christian Cage vs Keith Lee vs Orange Cassidy vs Powerhouse Hobbs vs Ricky Starks vs Wardlow
The Background: AEW held the first Face of the Revolution ladder match at last year's AEW Revolution 2021 for a title shot at the AEW TNT title - the first one won by Scorpio Sky after climbing faster than Cody Rhodes, Ethan Page, Lance Archer, Max Caster, & Penta el Zero Miedo. It looks like it's an annual event, so this year will see Keith Lee, Orange Cassidy, Powerhouse Hobbs, Ricky Starks, Wardlow, and [Mr. Black] face off to see who will be the new Face of the Revolution. But maybe not AEW TNT Champion as Scorpio Sky lost to then AEW TNT Champion Darby Allin on the March 10th (2021) AEW Dynamite. With just the one match, Face of the Revolution winners are currently batting .000.
Fanboy Fantasy: Each hoss stares down a littler guy and everyone starts bashing each other. After that we get the standard ladder match tropes. They smash each other, set ladders up but fall, break ladders, etc. The end sees improbably Wardlow and Powerhouse Hobbs on opposite ladders pounding each other until Ricky Starks flies from off camera to knock Wardlow down and grab onto Hobbs’ ladder. The two have a brief tense stare down, but it’s Hobbs who pounds Starks off the ladder and grabs the poker chip (or whatever is hanging). Team Taz doesn’t feud - they both understood what they had to do in the match and just look forward to both having gold. We wait a month so Taz can claim that Guevara is ducking Hobbs but it’s revealed that Team Taz keeps moving back the match. When we finally get the match, Hobbs does it and defeats Guevara to win the AEW TNT title. Gotta up that win percentage.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Wardlow - after MJF and Wardlow's confrontation on the go-home show, Wardlow now has the best story to win the match and the title.
Dog Collar Match : CM Punk vs MJF
The Background: MJF took it personally that when CM Punk returned on the August 20th (2021) AEW Rampage, he was not named as an opponent that Punk came to AEW hoping to face. Once their schedules freed up, both men remembered this and faced off with their friends on the December 22 (2021) AEW Dynamite when CM Punk along with Darby Allin (!) and Sting (!!) defeated MJF and FTR (MJFTR?). Whenever Punk was in the ring, MJF made sure not to be. As punishment, CM Punk handed MJF his first loss when he got him DQed in a match with Shawn Dean on the January 5th AEW Dynamite. In turn, they faced off and MJF (along with his Dynamite Diamond ring and Wardlow) handed CM Punk his first loss on the February 2nd AEW Dynamite. Things have escalated from there, including Punk calling for a Dog-Collar match since MJF fancies himself similar to Roddy Piper, and MJF cutting a very baby-face promo about how he was bullied as a kid and it broke his heart that CM Punk left him when he felt like he needed him the most. Don't worry, MJF was full of shit. It's time to bleed!
Fanboy Fantasy: MJF comes out and depends the ring be cleaned of Danielson’s blood - he only wants to wrestle in CM Punk’s blood. Once Punk is out, the referee tries to get both men to lock up in the collars at the same time, but MJF weasels out once Punk is locked in and starts whipping Punk with his side of the chain. This brings out a banged up Wardlow who at first pretends to choke Punk, but once MJF gets comfortable Wardlow slams him down and Wardlow locks the dog collar on him. Wardlow leaves and Punk takes the immediate advantage. The two both bleed enough that medics try to stop the match but neither man gives in. CM Punk gets revenge after he hits MJF with the GTS for the pin.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: CM Punk - I think MJF should hand Punk a second loss, but I'm not willing to make that bet.
AEW TBS Title Match : Tay Conti vs Jade Cargill ©
The Background: Jade Cargill defeated Ruby Soho on the January 5th AEW Dynamite to win the AEW TBS title. She successfully defended against the Dark Order's Anna Jay on the January 21st AEW Rampage, and Julia Hart on the January 28th AEW Rampage Beach Break. After defeating the Bunny on the February 23rd AEW Dynamite, Tay Conti challenged Cargill to a title match - Cargill accepted.
Fanboy Fantasy: I enjoy how much Tay Conti has progressed since NXT, but Jade Cargill is officially in Goldberg-mode. Sorry Tay. Spear, Jackhammer, pin.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Jade Cargill - if they can get enough women either through Dark enhancement or actual signings for Dynamite/Rampage, Cargill could easily go for Asuka's/Goldberg's undefeated streak record. We're of course two years away from that, but maybe!
AEW Tag Team Titles Match : reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly) vs the Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) vs Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy & Luchasaurus) ©
The Background: Jurassic Express defeated the Lucha Brothers to win the AEW Tag Team titles on the January 5th AEW Dynamite. To determine their first PPV opponents, a tag team battle royal was held on the February 23rd AEW Dynamite that was won by reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O'Reilly). Adam Cole's friends were mad that Cole's friends won the match, but his friends assured his other friends that they had another chance on the March 2nd AEW Dynamite in the Casino Tag Team Royale match - won by the Young Bucks. Who will win the titles and possibly Adam Cole's soul?
Fanboy Fantasy: At first the members of reDRagon and the Young Bucks work together and focus purely on Jurassic Express, but after a “stray” kick from Kyle O’Reilly into Nick Jackson sets it off and it becomes a true triple threat. After a few minutes it becomes evident that that the Bucks and reDRagon are now only facing each other which allows Jungle Boy to sneak in for a pin and successful defense. On future Dynamites, the Young Bucks and reDRagon both approach Adam Cole in a bid to go after the ROH 6-Man Tag Team titles rebranded as the new AEW Trios titles. They are vacated and a new tournament set up with Cole/Bucks and Cole/reDRagon on opposite ends of the bracket. Hilarity ensues with Cole pulling double duty with all his friends until they get to the finals and Cole needs to appear on both sides. But the rest of that tale is for another time.

Kyle: Jurassic Express - reDRagon and Young Bucks will cancel each other out.
AEW World Title Match : Adam Cole vs Hangman Adam Page ©
The Background: Adam Page won the AEW World title at AEW Full Gear 2021 by defeating Kenny Omega. Since then he drew with Bryan Danielson on the December 15th (2021) AEW Dynamite Winter is Coming, and defeated him at the January 5th AEW Dynamite. He then defeated Lance Archer in a death match on the February 9th AEW Dynamite, only to be confronted with the number one ranked Adam Cole. While both were members of Bullet Club in their ROH/NJPW days, based on a quick Cagematch.net search, it appears they've never worked a match together until their March 2nd AEW Dynamite 6-man match with reDRagon and Dark Order. So they kind of have history? But I don't think Hangman was fleshed out enough as a character yet last time Cole in the mix. But they're both named Adam!
Fanboy Fantasy: We hopefully get a video package beforehand showing Cole and Page both in Bullet Club in their ROH days to show they actually have history (though I can’t tell if they’ve ever faced each other or teamed before). They fight evenly and go for a good 30 minutes until Adam Page hits the Buckshot for the pin and another successful title defense. Page goes on to work with Malakai Black after the House of Black attempts a failed coup of the Dark Order. As suggest above, Cole is pulled into the AEW Trios tournament in a bid to fix the relationship of both sets of friends, the Young Bucks and reDRagon. Cole makes it to the finals with both teams and is fully prepared to work both sides when Kenny Omega makes his return and sides with the Bucks. Omega and the Bucks win the match and titles, but Cole snaps at the site of Omega with the Bucks and snaps, attacking all three. Bobby Fish slides under the ring and pulls out tree cans of Monster energy drink - Cole has a moment where he doesn’t understand, but O’Reilly pulls out a tablet from under the ring and shows him that Omega and the Bucks killed him years ago. Now remembering his death, Cole pours the Monster energy drink down all three throats and kills then. Omega and the Bucks disappear for a few weeks while the Undisputed Era parade around with the AEW Trios belts.
Quixotronic Bullpen Predictions:
Kyle: Adam Page - Adam Cole needs to get his house in order (his undisputed house) before he can regroup and truly challenge for the title.
AEW Women's Title Match : Thunder Rosa vs Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. ©
The Background: While Thunder Rosa was still signed with the NWA, she and Dr. Britt Baker fought in the first women's main event on the March 17th (2021) St. Patrick’s Day Slam AEW Dynamite, but it was an unsanctioned lights out match so while Thunder Rosa defeated her, the record books don't reflect that. I mean, every source I look at does, but the very tight rankings of AEW don't. Without that loss, Baker would go on to win the AEW Women's title by defeating Hikaru Shida at AEW Double Or Nothing 2021. Baker has surrounded herself with flunkies like Rebel and Jamie Hayter, while Thunder Rosa worked all this time in the background earning wins. Concerned, Dr. Baker even sent new signee Mercedes Martinez after Rose, earning the very-rare DQ finish on the February 4th AEW Rampage when Martinez used a pipe on Rosa. Rosa got revenge on the February 16th AEW Dynamite and formally challenged Dr. Britt Baker to her rightful title match. Rosa and Martinez, now both spurned by the good Doctor, teamed together to defeat Jamie Hayter and Baker on the go-home March 2nd AEW Dynamite.
Fanboy Fantasy: Thunder Rosa comes flanked by Mercedes Martinez who very quickly chases out both Jamie Hayter and Rebel right away leaving Rosa and Baker alone from the start. They chain wrestle back and forth with each getting the advantage. At one point Rebel returns to try and trip up Rosa, but Martinez rematerializes behind her and beats her in the head with a pipe. In the end, Thunder Rosa hits the Snake Sleeper and puts the good doctor to sleep, winning the AEW Women's title. On future Dynamites, Britt Baker obviously does everything she can to get a rematch, even stealing one that Hayter earns herself. Elsewhere, ROH/AAA Women's champion Deonna Purrazzo shows up demanding a title shot to become the Champ Champ Champ. Rosa and Martinez's team sticks around long enough to enter the AEW Women's Tag Team titles tournament but when miscommunication causes Martinez to take a pin, she quickly turns on Rosa to reignite their feud - now for the title

Kyle: Thunder Rosa - This is a Thunder Rosa house. Fuck 'er up, la Mera Mera!
